I object to the proposed relocation of the processing plant onto site 209 because it is likely to create excessive noise which will impact on the nearby residential area. The processing plant will inevitably use a considerable amount of moving machinery and vehicles which must create noise. The plan for extraction is that it is carried by conveyor belt in order to reduce noise problems and yet it then proposes moving a very noisy part of the processing to the site closest to the village of Earsham.
