Proposed start date would overlap with current quarrying operations at MIN76.
Access to site is the same entrance on Watlington Road as that proposed as the access road to the recently approved Watlington Safari Park. I don't consider it safe or appropriate to have tourist traffic and construction HGVs using the same access.
Consideration also needs to be given to the cumulative effect of increased traffic around the A10/A134 roundabout area and Watlington Road due to proposed site, safari park, large scale housing development in West Winch.
