I am currently applying to the Battlefields Trust for official recognition of the site adjacent to and possibly including the potential extraction site area identified in Lord Ansoms Wood.
I am concerned that any mineral extraction in this vicinity would pose a threat to this historic site.
An archaeological survey will be required of the whole area and any mineral extraction would pose a threat to this unique heritage asset for North Walsham
