Although supporting the general Allocation of MIN 06 the Site proposer would request the eighth bullet point of the Site Specific Allocation Policy is deleted. The wording of this Policy is too vague and open ended. In any event should any issue with capacity at the A47/East Winch Road junction be identified in a Transport Statement, then a contribution can still be sought through the wording of the ninth bullet point.
