CPRE Norfolk is pleased to note that this site is considered to be unsuitable for allocation, although is disappointed to see that various environmental and historic environment factors are not given as the reasons for this exclusion.

CPRE Norfolk is alarmed to see this large site included as being considered as an Area of Search. This is partly as a significant proportion of the site is the same as that as for site SIL 02. The latter has been considered as being an unsuitable search area.
The concerns regarding the setting of the various heritage assets, the environment and public rights of way remain as for SIL 02.
