The M&WLP is not considering a radical overhaul of glass recycling in Norfolk that would lead to vastly increased reductions in greenhouse gasses to support reducing the effects on climate change. Without that overhaul, and by continuing to allow quarrying for silica sand on a 'business as usual' basis the M&WLP is not serious in its intent to minimise climate change and fails MW4.
