The UPvC Recycling company is operating unlicensed with unknown tonnage, yet the planning authority is unable to insist either immediate planning application or closing down the unauthorised operation until approved or not.
To continue allocating Atlas Works as suitable is irresponsible, and how irreversible decisions are made. Increased knowledge of damage caused to the environment should be acted upon. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
